Online Coaching

What Online Coaching Actually Is

Online Coaching is individualized coaching — built around your athlete's own goal — carried out remotely instead of in person. It's not a generic plan you follow on your own. It's real coaching, delivered remotely.

How Sessions Are Built

What It's Built Around

With Online Coaching, your athlete's goal drives everything. There's always one main focus, and it's common for a plan to support more than one goal at once. That focus comes from conversation, watching your athlete move, and what the coach continues to observe over time — not a one-time test.

Depending on the athlete, that focus might include:

Speed development Strength & power Athletic performance Baseball performance Football performance

These aren't separate services to pick from — they're examples of what a plan built around one athlete can actually include.

None of that changes because coaching happens remotely. Your coach still builds the plan, watches your athlete train, and adjusts it — through programming, video review, and regular check-ins between coach and athlete. It's an ongoing coaching relationship, not a plan you're handed and left to run on your own.

One tradeoff we'll be direct about: a coach watching in person can correct movement live, under load, in the moment. Online Coaching doesn't yet claim to fully replicate that. What it does offer is a coach who stays closely, actively involved in your athlete's training — just from a distance.

Finding Your Fit

Who This Tends to Fit

Online Coaching tends to fit families where individualized coaching still makes sense, but consistent in-person coaching doesn't. Distance. Schedule. Life circumstances.

This is a fit decision — not a downgrade. The coaching relationship stays the same. The environment changes.

Looking Ahead

Not a One-Way Door

Starting in Online Coaching doesn't lock your athlete into it. Some athletes stay in this environment for as long as it keeps making sense for them. Others move into Private Training or Speed School later on — not automatically, but because a coach and a family agree, together, that a different environment fits better at that point.

Athletes change as they develop. It makes sense that the environment that serves them best might change too.
